The discounts for children only apply in the low and main season, during the high season there is no discount for children:

Information & Services

• The prices are per apartment per day, including all taxes and energy costs, excluding tourist tax.
  
• Tourist tax: Since 01.01.2014, a tourist tax of Euro 2.90 per person per night has been levied for all guests (aged 14 and over). The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

• Pets
  The surcharge for dogs is € 6.00 per day and an additional € 10.00 for the final cleaning.
  We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the lounge and breakfast room.
• Arrival and departure: Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.
• Cancellation: Sounds unpleasant and it is, both for you and for us. We therefore ask for your understanding that 80% of the booked apartment price will be charged in the event of last-minute cancelation up to 30 days before arrival and 100% up to 14 days before arrival.
  
• Travel cancellation protection
  
• Something can happen before the start of your trip, with our trip cancellation cover you are financially protected. Should you arrive late or not at all for a booked hotel stay, or should you leave early, cancellation fees may be charged. In order to protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that these are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
